GraniteRus offer a complete professional service from initial first contact until the end of installation. We do not forget about you then, any questions you have with your granite worktops thereafter we are here to advise and help. GraniteRus is a third party and subcontracts out our work to qualified and professional fitters.
Fully trained professionals carry out all templating and fitting and the required stone is cut at a local purpose built manufacturing centre.
Terms and Conditions
Variation in Colour
Granite is a natural material and we are therefore unable to guarantee its colour or pattern. Natural variations are part of the stones appeal, beauty and character and should not be seen as a fault. When samples are submitted it should be noted that exact resemblances cannot be guaranteed. No guarantee can be given that the colour shades of the materials supplied against extension orders will match exactly the original supplies.
Payment Terms
Deposit is payable on order. This can be made by cheque or credit/debit card to MBK. (GraniteRus is a subsidary of MBK)
Balance is payable on completion of work before our subcontractor leaves the site or prior to collection/delivery. Balance is payable to the fitter.
If there is a need to template then 35% of the balance would be required prior to completion.
Cancellation
On orders cancelled before manufcature there will be a £50.00 administration charge. No refunds will be given once manufacture has commenced.
Delivery
Delivery to areas which are significant distance from our site will incur an extra delivery charge.
Delays to fitting
Orders are accepted and dates given conditionally upon our being able to secure the necessary labour and materials and without resposiblilitythrough risks and uncertainties of manufacture, accidents, strikes and other causes beyond our control. In the unlikely event of this happening, we will of course keep the customer notified at all times. We cannot accept any liability from any loss incurred on any delay in delivering our product. If for any reason no one is available to receive us at the property or the kitchen is not ready, we reserve the right to charge additional costs for any extra journeys made.
Quotes
Any price quoted to you is based on the information you supply, all quotes are approximate /estimates, if on template dimensions are not as previously quoted, changes to the price will be expected. Unless stated otherwise we have included for pointing joints between our materials only, (i.e. granite to granite joints)and not for joints between our materials and other finishes. Prior to installation we require completed carcasses, bases fully secured and levelled. All job information readily available(i.e.,manufcaturers templates for sink/hob cut outs, tap holes etc)
Owenership
All materials supplied by graniteRus or our subcontractors remains graniteRus or our subcontractors property until full and final payment has been received.
GraniteRus
GraniteRus is a third party and accepts no responsiblity for our subcontractors. Any issues that you may have with the fitting or quality we will help to try and resolve, however this is the responsiblity of the subcontractor /fitter. The contract is between the customer and the fitter.
